Hello Fritzing Community,
I’m working on a project with the Daly Smart BMS 3S (Model: 3S12V60A Li-ion) and need to create a Fritzing part for circuit documentation. I have the official pinout documentation and would appreciate help creating this part.
BMS Specifications:
- Model: Daly 3S12V60A
- Configuration: 3S Li-ion (12V nominal)
- Discharge/Charge Current: 60A
- Product page: https://yunbms.cn/website/page/product_detail.html?key=K_software_board&idx=2
(Press the language selection button to view images of the connection wiring.)
Connector Overview:
The BMS has the following connectors:
- Power terminals: P- and B- (screw terminals on top)
- Cell voltage connectors: Two white JST-style connectors on the side
- Voltage Collection 1 (电压采集1): B0, B1, B2, … B16
- Voltage Collection 2 (电压采集2): B17, … B24
- Communication connectors (4 white JST connectors on front):
- 1× NTC-A (4-pin)
- 1× UART-1 (6-pin)
- 1× CAN/485 (5-pin)
- 1× DIO/Reserved IO (5-pin, labeled 预留IO)
- 1× KEY (4-pin)
- 1× UART-2 (6-pin)
- 1× NTC-B (4-pin)
Detailed Pin Assignments (from left to right on front panel):
NTC-A (4-pin):
- Pin 1: NTC1
- Pin 2: GND
- Pin 3: GND
- Pin 4: NTC2
UART-1 (6-pin):
- Pin 1: RX
- Pin 2: TX
- Pin 3: S1
- Pin 4: 12V
- Pin 5: 3.3V
- Pin 6: GND
CAN/485 (5-pin):
- Pin 1: 485B
- Pin 2: 485A
- Pin 3: ABGND
- Pin 4: CANH
- Pin 5: CANL
DIO / Reserved IO (预留IO) (5-pin):
- Pin 1: DO(3.3V) - Digital Output 3.3V
- Pin 2: G (GND)
- Pin 3: DI - Digital Input
- Pin 4: G (GND)
- Pin 5: DO(12V) - Digital Output 12V
KEY (4-pin):
- Pin 1: KEY-
- Pin 2: TBD (To Be Determined)
- Pin 3: TBD (To Be Determined)
- Pin 4: KEY+

- Pin 4: NTC3
Cell Voltage Connectors (for 3S configuration):
- Voltage Collection 1: B0 (Battery -), B1, B2, B3 (only first 4 pins used for 3S)
- Voltage Collection 2: Not used for 3S (supports up to 24S configurations)
Power Terminals:
- P- (negative power output)
- B- (battery negative input)
Would anyone be able to help create this Fritzing part or guide me through the process? I can provide additional photos or documentation if needed.
Thank you in advance for your help!
