Hi,
I have this battery holder : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B07MC7WR8J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I can give more accurate dimensions if needed.
Thanks.

Welcome aboard! If it matches this:

an adaptation of the existing 16650 battery holders should be pretty trivial (at least for me ). The important part is the pcb footprint dimensions in the pdf being accurate. Otherwise a similar drawing of the part you have would be needed to get the terminal and mounting holes accurate.

Hi Peter !
Thanks for replying.
I’ve checked the document you’ve linked, but the dimensions differs.
Here is my version, with the correct dimensions :
Is this enough?
Yep, that is enough to do the job. As always before ordering boards, print out the pcb footprint at 1:1 scale and check it against a real part. I think it matches the above drawing but checking avoids paying for boards that turn out incorrect.

Great job and so fast!
Many thanks Peter.
As I said a fairly minor modification of an existing 18650 battery holder that I had already worked on. Making parts isn’t all that hard, learning how to make parts properly is what takes the time. For many parts it is easier for me to do it than you to learn how .
