Modifying parts is not all that easy. I see there are a number of changes (when I dug up a jpeg image of the 2W) you are probably better to let me make the changes. If you want to try for your self this tutorial has all the necessary information

OK this part should do what you want. I was lazy and only did a throughhole version (although it should also work as SMD just with pads on both sides of the board and through holes.) The debug pins are placed from a jpeg image and thus may not be correctly placed. Print out the pcb footprint at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real board before ordering pcbs. Although I didn’t put in a keepout area, I expect traces shouldn’t be routed around the wireless antenna as well as the USB connector.
