You need to fill in the template you appear to have deleted with the web site for the part you want (presumably the Waveshare device here:

which a google search of the form “fritzing part Raspberry Pi High-Precision AD/DA Expansion Board” (which should be your first action to find any available parts) indicates there isn’t currently a Fritzing part for this board (assuming this is what you want.) Not enough information here to do anything with (the template is here for a reason!)
