Creating PCBs

I have a similar project and every November I have the problem that I don’t get any reception for a few days.

Your solution might help with that.

@Hans_Werner_Atzenhoe , silly question, do you see my posts in German or English?

I answered in German, but I only see my full reply in German in the editor; otherwise I get a shortened version displayed in English.

Morning. A real blast… nah, no need to go Very British
If you answered in Low German, that would be fine by me too…
I’m a Hessian!

I’ve been around that area as well, though mostly just for vacation or when passing through.

Hand cheese with music (Handkäs mit Musik) is my absolute local favorite.

I’m relieved that you can see it in German; the translations aren’t exactly accurate.

Then you should also try the cooked cheese (Kochkäse) sometime—tasty with thinly sliced onions! (from Bönsel ) You can get it with 10% fat, too… for those who want to stay slim…
yeah, the translations can make you shudder at times…

However, I still noticed some inaccuracies. The square cutout didn’t turn out all that precise; the dimension 24,3X24,3 is already borderline. I allowed an oversize of a tenth because I want to fit the antenna cleanly with a bit of clearance so that it goes in more easily. I’m interested in whether the edge of the cutout (Cu) area also lies cleanly/flush so that I can solder the ground plane cleanly to the metal shielding.

If need be, you can slightly increase or decrease the board size; then the cutout will also become a bit larger or smaller.

Done, thanks! Now I also need a buck converter with an MD1584.
