Yep. It is in core parts. Drag the header (default 2pins female) in to the sketch
then set Inspector to what you want (20 pins single then duplicate it.)
You can set it to double in Inspector, but in breadboard it will give you a single row 40 pin connector which isn’t what you want. Two 20 singles will do what you want.
