I can’t find a mode about piezoelectric ceramic vibration sensors.The size is KE2061 Keyes Brick.There is a picture I find in the network.
Meanwhile,The size of ct-pvdf-028k of module is ok

You need to fill in the template in this group with a web site for the part with a flat image (not angled as your images) of the board, the physical dimensions of the board and the position and names of all the connectors none of which are here. It will probably be a while to get parts as both the the usual parts makers are busy at the moment and there are many part requests.
