Perfboard Layout

I’m attempting to create a PCB which will have 20 LED’s and for the time being, will be powered by a 9V battery until I can get a little further into the project. It is started on a perfboard and have a stack of perfboards to use to get it right.

I wanted to know if the attached file will work. I used an LED online calculator to help group the LED’s.

The PCB is the only portion of the file that is of interestFlames_small_perfboard.fzz (12.4 KB)
.

Thanks

Scott

Looks like it should work. The LEDs have a polarity so you need to get that the correct direction as if one or more are the wrong way none of them will light. Raising or lowering the value of the resistor at the top of the string will change the brightness.

Great, thanks for the reply.
