Hello.
I am trying to find a part to model a PCB mount 1/4" mono/stereo guitar style socket. A generic example is linked below. Does anyone have any links or pointers to such a beast?
Many thanks

A google search of the form “fritzing part 1/4in stereo jack” turns up a bunch of hits for various parts (mono and stereo.) If you want to make pcbs you would need to check that the pcb footprints match your jacks by printing out the pcb footprint at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real part.

Hello, thank you for the reply.
Sadly I see no PCB mount part files as per the socket linked above.
Searching here: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=fritzing+part+1%2F4in+stereo+jack&atb=v131-1&ia=web
does show a panel mounted variety but that is not what is required here.

Assuming the pcb mount connector in the datasheet you provided will do you, it is easy enough to make such a part. However they helpfully neglected to put pin numbers on the schematic so it is unclear how the connectors should be numbered in schematic which makes things difficult. If you have such a jack and provide the missing information a part can be made. There is no guarantee any other jack will match (although we would hope they are standard, they may well not be.)
