I really hope everyone can help find a model name for a logic level converter

There are a bunch around. The 74x125ahc will work to go from 5V to 3.3V and there are others of various kinds. A google search of the form “fritzing part 74ahc125” should find that one (it is not in core parts.) There are a variety of others available as well.

Ah! The image is a Sparkfun BOB something or the other and it may have a Fritzing part in the Sparkfun repository. Yes it does here is a copy
