No datasheet for breakout board, however chip datasheet is below:

This part should do what you want. Possible issues are the quiic connectors may be backwards as Adafruit doesn’t list which way they are so I copied a Sparkfun board. PCB only has the 8 copper pads (not the quiic or screw terminals) and the mounting holes are only on silkscreen (if you want them drilled you need to drag a hole in to your sketch place it over the circle in silkscreen and size it correctly.)
