There is a row of 8 pin connectors on the bottom of the pcb, I need the square pin hole removed so theres only the 7 circles, and I need to change the spacing on all of the green pin connectors(breadboard view) to have the pin hole at 8mm and pitch at 3.5mm

I also need to figure out how to make the power connector work with this:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074LK7G86/?coliid=I245AXHYARXVYQ&colid=BMHKPNA97RBQ&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it

We would need the web site for the 7 pin connector you have. The image leads to this site which appears to only have the 4, 6 and 16 pin versions. The 2.1 power connector is available in core parts (likely this one although it is hart to tell without a data sheet)

You also need to run DRC and clean up the overlaps reported. The red markers above the trace are telling you the trace is too close to the connector.

thats the 7 pin connector

and this is the datasheet for the 4pin connector, the datasheet only has it in 3 but the 4ths the same distance

This is a standard 0.1in pitch shrouded header and is available in core parts:

silkscreen will likely be a little small but you can easily work around that.

I found a site that actually sells the TB-3.5MM-04 (there only appears to be one) and used their data and url for this part which should do what you want.
