Need PCB screw terminal connector

There are a number of vendors for these parts, all the way from a cheap set from Amazon to a variety from Mouser and Digi-Key.

I’m brand new to this software and as yet have no idea how to create a part. But I need to make a run of PCBs in a few months, so I need the Fritzing part.
