Need msiserver in WIn 11 Home to Install Fritzing

I am running Win 11 Home. Fritzing requires msiserver to install as it apparently doesn’t come packaged with its own installer. I need to install fritzing but am unable to because of missing msiserver service,

This appears to be a windows problem not Frotzomg (it has come up before!) A google search for “win11 missing msiserver service” comes up with this microsoft page which may help.
