This particular part likely doesn’t exist. There is a generic here
there are also

and
generic-ac-power-supply-3.fzpz
(searching for the fzpz in the forun search should find them as they are posted here.) You would need to modify one of them to do what you want if you need pcb to be accurate, or use one or another as is if it suits.
