Not usefully. As there is no connections for USB on any of the CPU boards.

edit despite that here is a part. It is breadboard only and has no connectors (as there is nothing for them to connect to.) There are USB cables of a similar nature available in the forums somewhere (a search for usb cable should find them) that someone made earlier.
