N-Ch MosFet IXFN360N10T

IXFN360N10T

Hello!

Does anyone have a fritzing-model for IXFN360N10T (IXYS MOSFET N-Ch 100V 360A 0,0026 R, SOT227B | MOSFETs günstig kaufen | reichelt elektronik)?
(Package SOT-227B IXFN see https://cdn-reichelt.de/documents/datenblatt/A200/IXFN360N10T.pdf)

Best thanks in advance!
Nice regards

This part should do what you want. Note pcb view is a little odd in that the pins are off to the side of the case (as they are screw terminals) and other than S and G probably won’t be used. As well the mounting holes are only on silkscreen (not drilled!) so if you wan them you need to drag a hole in to the sketch and set the size appropriately.

Hello Peter!

Many thanks for your help. It is now the third time, I got a support from you for a special problem. As I will use the part for more then 100A I will not use the S and D from the pcb, but the position of the holes and the G is very useful. Thanks a lot.

Nice regards
Manfred

Your pcb will still need a connection to the source to allow the gate drive to work correctly, but yes the load should be on the screw terminals.

Yes, gnd is connected to a M8 brass threaded rod, which is the connection for the main supply and the cupper plate to S, which takes the 100 A load …

With two off these I create a bidirectional power switch for a 15kWh solar battery, to prevent overload and underdischarge, many thanks …
