This part should do what you want.

edit:

Correct pcb footprint. You will need to delete the current part in your mine parts bin then shutdown and restart Fritzting (answering yes to save part and save bin questions) then restart Fritzing before it will let you load the new part.

It is repaired. The part was replaced a couple of days ago. Note the edit notes on deleting the old part.

The forum should have alerted you when I made the edit. I replaced the original part so there is only an accurate version in the forum not also an incorrect one.
