Most of the required information here (the pinout display is excellent!), the only thing missing is this web site
which provides the physical dimensions of the board (38mmx18mm) and where someone could buy one (at least for now.) The board layout is very poor as the active pins are all on the bottom of the board with many NC (no connection) pads on the sides that would have been a better use for active pins. In any case this part should do what you want and can be routed successfully in pcb

i dont really need the functionality i just want the look and pins to know how to wire them to my circuit board
That’s probably to the good, because I don’t think pcb will work all that well 
, the board appears to be made to use jumper wires not on a pcb (otherwise they would have made wiser pin choices!)
