You want to do a google search of the form “fritzing part 2.1mm plug to terminal block” before making parts because this already exists (with at least schematic as I recall.)

OK, male/female. but the difference is cosmetic since neither have connectors on the barrel end.

But try to (virtual) plug in the female connector into the Arduino Uno if you buy the wrong one.

In Fritzing, flip horizontally should do the same as a separate part with + and - reversed.

And: “Flip” works only for parts who support this.
