I had to format my HD and wanto to know if it is possible to recover former projects from a copy/paste backup in external HD.
As long as the archive is .fzz or .fzpz files (sketches and custom parts) the answer should be yes, just do a File->Open->filename.fzz or .fzpz and Fritzing should open them.
