anyway, I created a working .svg PCB with KiCad for Fritzing was really easy! and it took a while,.,you have to be able to handle it…learn… ![]()
There used to be a KiCad to SVG converter in Fritzing, but the bug file type change for KiCad has made it… Challenging
As for the parts, I should get back to them too— is there a tutorial on making parts? I should read through that sometime too… I’d like to relearn that as well,
Hi @Hans_Werner_Atzenhoe I’m currently making a titorial… The rest are ages old! It has been very slow progress due to 10 000 parts requests…
Good evening Raptor,
Peter helped me a lot, including with my first bigger projects here.
I’d gladly help everyone here a bit more if I were up to speed in this regard…
the work—occasional jobs, installation work, and landscaping work—doesn’t exactly make it easy, thank God I STILL don’t have a better half, let alone someone younger I’d also have to take care of… during vacation time it’s harvest time… that’s my vacation… the neighbors are away and it’s quiet…
so if I were perfect I’d gladly continue to support Peter’s work… but I’m still NOT that up to speed.
I would love to learn how to.
OK that’s great. Everyone can learntogether. Sorry but I’m a busy person, and have not yet done up a tutorial. However, if u have time, you can look through the forum on the many topics of parts issues in parts help
Hello Raptator,
Peter has also helped me a lot. As much as I can, I’d like to give something back. From the conversation with Peter, I also put together a small guide. I hope that, with the help of this guide, I can create parts.
Certainly never with the productivity that Peter has shown.
Regards, Harald!
