The part is mostly done, but the connections are unclear. You look to want a T4-SNR (because it is the only one that matches your pinout) from this web page:
specifically from page 2 which appears to show a configuration for the T4-SNR which matches the connections in your image. If that is correct I will set the pins to that.
that standard T4 config to the left of the green circle has many more connections than your layout allows. As well to make a part a web site like this one is necessary (although in this case not sufficient):
which includes pictures of the device (if not connections information which is also required.) The breadboard view currently looks like this. The red circles are where the connectors (on the rear of the unit) will appear in breadboard.
