I am looking for a NFC PN532 de 13.56MHz module. Is there any component similar to this or this one have some different pins comparing to those that I’ve look.

Not enough information available to make a part. The site you list doesn’t have enough, and this one found with a google search isn’t that much better.
It has the physical dimensions and some of the connector names but just says the dual row is a 22 pin RPI connector, there are 26 pin and 40 pin RPI connectors but I don’t know of a 22 pin connector and there are no labels for the pins in either web site. Without that a part isn’t possible.

Indeed, I was wrong the pi B is 22 pins not 26 and one of your pictures has pin1 marked (circled in green here): which identifies the orientation. That should be enough to make a part.

This part should do what you want. Of note only the solder pads on the right appear in pcb and the mounting holes are not drilled by default. If you want the mounting holes you need to drag a core parts pcb hole part in to the sketch, place it over the hole in silkscreen and set the size appropriately.
