Footprint
DFN/QFN-8 2x2mm

I managed to find a similar qorvo part for kicad but i am totally confused and there was no footprint for it:
Qorvo_DFN-8-1EP_2x2mm_P0.5mm

This part should do what you want. I expect there to be a few problems though, Fritizng isn’t exactly designed for work at microwave frequencies. In pcb you need to set the grid size to 0.5mm then move the IC to align it to the grid to get the traces to connect straight in. I expect (but don’t really know as I don’t do RF) that you are going to need strip lines to connect and I’m not sure that Fritzing will produce them but it may. As well to get the recommended via to connect to the ground pad, you will need to drag a via in to your sketch and likely make is smaller (it overlapped when I tried the default version!) and perhaps set the grid size further down to place it accurately. Good luck!

I made a quick trace and via test, and they seem to fit, i think i can fit 3x vias into the ic centre gnd. Does Fritzing do trace tapering?

Not that I know of, but reducing the trace size to 8mil works fine. You can change the via size in Inspector.

and the trace size (this is with the grid size at 0.1mm)
