This usually does not apply to breakout boards.

While a part could be done it isn’t worth the effort. There is no dimension information and no indication where the connections to the 3.3V and 5V (presumably the RPI pins) go. But mostly the existing adafruit part does 99% of that this does and the extras aren’t worth the work involved.
