Looking for 9000W N-/P-MOSFET/IGBT to switch 200V @ 450A
if possible with hole to attach a Heatsink.
A data sheet for the part you want would be required to determine if an existing part will do what you want.

Still not sufficient information. I would need a part number (to know what to call it), the pin out and schematic diagram and the footprint of the TO-247AD package to make a part. A google search for “90kW P-IGBT to switch 300V @ 600A” doesn’t turn up anything useful.

This part should do what you want. As always print the pcb footprint out at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real part (the hole size is set to 0.06in for the pins, the data sheet didn’t have a hole size so it is a guess!)
