Not enough information here to do anything with here. There is no indication of what the P- and P+ connections are supposed to do and the supplied data sheet sheds no light on much of anything. As it stands this appears to connect to a battery but nothing else (i.e. no indication of where the load/charging connection (if there is one) is supposed to connect. No physical size indication.

Yes, the first one is information free and useless, but the second one indicates what the 2 other terminals are for and along with this web site (for where you can obtain the board)
which contains these images from that web site which indicate the physical size of the board as well as where the components are on it
and this one which indicates the position of the pads on the bottom of the board
resulted in this part which should do what you want.
