I need for 16 mm and 22 mm pleasee

This picture shows the part from above, so that is easy to see were connectors should go, and which diameter they have.

Foto or vector graphic, no links here please.

conclusion : how can i find a part that similar of those things?.. i need pilot lamp 220V AC in 16mm and 22mm…

and alsoo i need power supply from 220V AC to 5 DC
