How can I get a library module for AMS117 5V modules

I would pay good money for this program if it wasn’t for the inability to find a single common very common part like the LM regulators or this AMS 1117 in the libraries I can’t believe is nice is this application is that it’s lacking the most common of parts like this. I don’t mind jumping through a few hoops for strange uncommon components but these regulators are so common and I’ve even found some very common resistors that are used by the dozen in every project on the planet not showing up. The last I’m doing something wrong is there some library that I’m supposed to load after I install this thing? It doesn’t make sense
