This should mostly do. Note Fritzing can’t create the solder mask or stencil this thing wants, and you need to print out the footprint at 1:1 scale and check it against a real part before ordering boards.

Where can I find an existing GitHub issue describing these problems with the generated mask and stencil?
I don’t think there is one. As far as I know Fritzing has never generated stencils and the mask is automatically generated from the copper (and thus is working as designed.) You could make an enhancement request on github though.
