JOY-IT Analog Vibration Sensor (SEN-VIB01)

The JOY-IT SEN-VIB01 is a vibration sensor based on a piezoelectric ceramic element. It is an analog component that converts mechanical stress (vibration/shock) into a variable electrical signal.

Pinout: The part requires 3 pins to be configured in Fritzing:

  1. S (Signal): Analog output to be connected to Arduino Uno pin A0.
  2. + (VCC): Positive power supply (connect to Arduino 5V).
  3. - (GND): Ground (connect to Arduino GND).

Design Specifications:

  • Form Factor: Small rectangular module (standard Joy-IT sensor footprint).
  • Connector Type: 3-pin header (2.54mm pitch).
  • Visuals: Should include the representation of the circular piezoelectric ceramic disk on the top face.

Hi @Asew !
Do you have a website or 3D model of this part?
It would be helpful, and when exactly do you need this part?

@Asew @Saniy_Haffiyan I can make this part in a while

okay @RAPTOR7762 i don’t try the volunteer in this time, but your healthy is the concern for now, so get well soon

Hi @Saniy_Haffiyan NP (no problem)! I can do this part, as it’s a bit on the slightly difficult side

Hi!
I don’t have a 3D model yet, but here is the technical link for the component (it’s the Joy-IT SEN-VIB01): https://mauser.pt/096-7284/modulo-sensor-de-vibracao-analogico-joy-it
This is for my Final Course Project. Please, take your time and do it whenever you can. It would be a huge help for my final report!

Thank you so much!

Hi @Asew Actually the image you provided was fine. I can help to do this for you. When do you need this part

Hi, I need the part by the end of March. Thank you

By 27/2/26 should be done

@Asew Here’re the parts u want

joy-it_sen-vib01.fzpz (12.4 KB)
Generic Piezoelectric Ceremic Disk.fzpz (5.8 KB)

Note: For some reason I can’t change the wire colour from vblack to dark grey even though the SVG says it’s dark grey, must be a bug of some sorts

Untitled Sketch.fzz (19.5 KB)

oh thank, u are best here the forum.

No problem at all! It was an easy part anyways (slightly)
