Is possible to simulate code to other platforms that not Arduino or PICAXE

I would like to simulate code of Adafruit Feather M4 Express and other platforms.
Is there a way to do it?

There isn’t a way to simulate code in Fritzing for any platform. It is possible to load code to the Adrduino and Picaxe parts but not simulate code.
