The second FC-51isn’t connected to power (although it looks to be in breadboard it isn’t in schematic.)
In schematic no connection
That is because you can’t connect to the middle of a wire in breadboard:
You need to connect either to a pin or a bend point in the wire. If you click on a connection like this
Fritzing will light yellow everything that is connected (as we see here, the black wire does not connect to ground!)
