I (Newbie) saw and downloaded this (old project, 8 years ago, by ATeam).
Nice project, got everything working with a Wemos D1 mini!

I still have a problem with connecting/logging in based on the Captive portal:
After I have selected and connected the available WiFi network, I am not automatically redirected to the relevant HTML page. I only see (briefly) the message “Log in to Geocaching WiFi” at the top of my screen, which then disappears.
If I then tap the selected network again, the HTML page comes into view.
(changing the IP-adress in 172.0.0.1. did’t help)
I use a Samsung A53, Android V14.
It seams to be a common problem with Captive Portal and Android?
Hoping for a solution.
