For those like me who are having troubles running Fritzing after installing it from Debian apt-get and receiving an error message about “swapping mechanism”, the problem (at least to me) was that the command bellow wasn’t enough to install Fritizing completely:
apt-get install fritzing
It missed the parts wich need to be installed with this:
apt-get install fritzing-parts
It took me more than an hour to discover it, so I share this with you.
