I NOT need on smd format

There doesn’t appear to be one (a google search for “fritzing part 74hc244” doesn’t turn one up.) You can make on from the generic IC by changing the pin labels of a 20 pin DIP part (or an SMD part if you need that.)

The default case is DIP not SMD.
