SparkFun Multiplexer Breakout - 8 Channel (74HC4051) (both sides)
Previous work, similar parts
Found this board, but it’s not exactly the Sparkfun one: (74HC4051 Module Fritzing parts - RobDomo)
As I’m using these boards in different orientations, I would be really grateful for both sides of the board.

Breakout board, sub assembly, plug in module (A)
This part should do what you want. If you want the mounting holes drilled you need to drag a hole (core->pcb_>hole) in to the sketch over top of the circle in silkscreen and set the size appropriately.

I was wondering, if it would be possible to create the other side of this part as well? This is how it looks like on the other side (hope the photo is good enough

It is possible, I just don’t see a point to it. If you need it in pcb just move the part to the bottom of the board and the pads will invert like this:
moving it to the bottom of the board inverts the pins (which is the only use I can see for this.) That won’t do anything to breadboard however (although I don’t see an obvious use for an inversion in breadboard although it is easy enough to do.)

Oh right! I wasn’t aware I can do that, I just started messing with Fritzing yesterday, thank you soo much for the help! 
Feel free to ask questions, my view is the only stupid question is the one you don’t ask. In general Inspector (the lower right window) is very useful. For instance headers can be modified there to change sex, number of pins and other parameters and there are other automatically generated parts as well.
