The instructions for clearing the user directories are a couple of posts up in this thread.

may I ask for that parts file? I can’t find it when I searched it
If you download the Test_water_sensor.fzz in the start of this thread and then open it if Fritzing in the temp parts bin (as indicated in the images) you will find the water sensor part. If you right click on the part in the temp parts bin and select export part Fritzing will write the part file (a .fzpz file) to your system. Exit the .fzz file and Fritzing (to unload the part from Fritzing) and you can then double clock on the .fzpz file to load the part in to the mine parts bin as indicated above. The thread of messages above explain what is happening and what to do.
