This part should do what you want. Pcb is suppressed as not useful.

I want to include the two push buttons in the part and also include a pcb layout for this part as I need this board itself as a PCB board for fabrication.

There are two push buttons in the part and there isn’t enough information to make pcb. There is no indication of how the board is wired. If you need a board you can buy their I don’t see any point in trying to make one.

Note there are some of the ESP32 modules available as Fritzing parts so you could use one of those to make a sketch of such a module and use that pcb to make boards.
