There appear to be two cases one with straight pins and one with offset pins. We would need to know which case you want to make a part.

I hope you know this part, TA8210TA , is REALLY old and produced in 2000 and updated 2002.
Wouldn’t it be better to go with something new like a Digital PWM chip ?
Ths analog chip comes in a variety of layouts. Just two is straight and staggered pins.

Here is a part for the straight version. If you need the offset version it shouldn’t be a big problem.
