If you want a timely, and accurate, response for a request for new or changed parts, have a look at (and follow) the information in FAQ: Where can I find “specific part”.

What is it you actually need for the Fritzing project? If my quick search matched the referenced part, it is in a standard DIP-14 package. You may not need a custom part. Instead, try using the generic IC part. That is the first part in the “ICs” group of the core bin. Drag that into you project, then using Inspector change the number of pins to match your part. Optionally change the part label, chip label, pin labels, hole size information.
