You need to be more specific than that. Are you asking for the bare chip or a breakout board? Which board? Is there a datasheet for the part or board you want?
Have you tried searching the forum and Internet for existing Fritzing parts created by others?
A google search for “fritzing part APDS-9960” turns up parts at both adafruit and sparkfun (both of which have their own fritzing part repositorys on github which are not loaded by default.) Otherwise as @microMerlin said you need to supply a data sheet for the part you want.
