You would likely need to provide a web site for the coin acceptor you wish to use. There is a part for the Sparkfun one in this project:

if you load the coin.fzz file in to Fritzing a Frtitzing part for the Sparkfun coin acceptor is in the temp parts bin.

You would need to provide a web site for the coin hopper that you want (and/or try a google search of the form “fritzing part coin acceptor” although there isn’t much around. There isn’t enough information here to do anything useful with.
