I’m just in the process of making a 74xx10 (Three input NAND Gate) which has the same pinout. The 7410 can easily be modified from a NAND to a AND.

I’ve found I’ve had to make a lot of logic ICs for my project, as there aren’t many in the core parts.

If you can’t wait for a new part, there is also the generic IC. Drag it in to your sketch, set the number of pins to 14 and edit the pin labels to add the part number and the function of the pins. It doesn’t have the logic drawing, but will work.
