i have made and produces a board.
Some parts connectors are double-sided and some are single-sided.
How can i specify that?
The format of the Fritzing part sets whether the part is THT (double sided) or SMD (single sided.) Inspector sets whether the part is on the top or bottom of the board for a SMD part.

Click on the box in Inspector and choose top or bottom of the board.

But i want both sides.
How can i change the part to THT?
You can’t as the package is SMD. You would need to find a THT socket (and a fritzing part for the socket) to make it THT. The SMD part has no pins to go through the board.
