How to test circuit?

Hello everyone,
I am new here and new in electronic too. I discovered “fritzing”, then i bought it. But i don’t understand something…
How to see if my circuit and my code is working ? i didn’t find how to plug power on my arduino. Even on google it seems like it’s not possible, or maybe i’m just stupid.

You need to physically build the circuit using real hardware, then load the code to the hardware and test it there. Fritzing in general doesn’t do simulation (it will do some types of spice simulation if the parts have the spice models but that doesn’t apply to CPUs in general.)
