How to modify the size of a component (ie a resistor) to make it bigger ?

In which view? In breadboard and schematic you can’t (you would need to make a new custom part to do so) in pcb you can change the pitch in inspector like this
change the pin spacing to 0.1in and breadboard and schematic remain identical but the pitch in pcb changes like this.
that is the extent of what can be done to change size.
