How can I design this circuit on breadboard?
All the parts are available in core parts, so drag them on to the breadboard and connect wires according to the schematic (then route the rats nest lines in schematic to make sure your wiring matches the original circuit.

Or since you already have the schematic, do that first. Place the needed components on schematic view, wire it up as shown, then switch to breadboard view. Move the parts around there, and fill in the rats nest wires.
