Wanna ask for help to generate part for Hongfa HFD4/12. There 3 version (HFD4/12, HFD4/12-s and HFD4/12-sr), I need the HFD4/12 that is a Through-Hole part.

The 10mm can be +/-0.2mm assume the length should be 10mm is fine.

Yes the length can be up and below to 0.2mm to the actual so just set by 10mm will be great.

This part should do what you want. Before ordering boards it would be a good bet to print the pcb footprint out at 1:1 scale (the default) and compare it to a real part as I don’t have one.
edit:
Reduce pcb ring size a bit to improve clearance. Note if you have loaded the original version of this part you will need to delete it from your mine parts bin, then shutdown Fritizing answering yes to both save parts and save parts bin before you will be able to load the new part.

Can you make the hole and the ring a bit small causes its easy to get short when i soldering?
I replaced the original part with one with smaller ring size.
